    Pros

retirement savings. healthcare benefits used to be great. but now too expensive. had to drop it for myself & spouse this year.

    Cons

store management, both "store" & "rx" managers not given enough human resources training before being put in charge. see a lot of favoritism going on. i also admit that corporate is changing the way that pharmacists deal w/ patients/customers. putting a lot of strain on the pharmacists to do their jobs safely.

    Advice to Management

regional & corporate needs to be more active & involved in what is actually taking place at store level w/ staffing & schedules, instead of just being a bunch of number crunchers at home office. everyone needs to remember that the rx tech is generally the 1st person a patient/customer interacts w/. technicians are literally the "face of walgreens". because of scheduling/staffing issues, this is no longer a happy face.
