Pros

All the rules and regulation that company has come up with for there employees

Cons

None of there RULES & REGULATIONS are been followed specially by there upper management team. (For example: Store, Community, District, Regional Managers)

Advice to Management

Not always upper management are telling you the truth, sometime you have to also listen to little people. (For example, Cashiers, Assistant Managers or EXA)

    Pros

The company match for the profit sharing retirement account is phenomenal, averaging $2-3 per employee dollar up to 3% of employees pay. The depth of experience in the management team in the Austin market is incredible and great care is taken to properly mentor new and future store managers.

    Cons

While it is definitely healthcare, it is also retail and you have to willing to be away from your family for pretty much every holiday every year.
