I worked at Walgreens full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – It is an innovative and growing company. They are investing in new state of the art technology to keep up with current and upcoming business needs.

Cons – Some of the management staff do not know how manage and motivate. They think it's all about them!
Bureaucracy and office politics are the Achilles' heel of the company. So much negative energy spent on those... it is a shame.

Advice to Senior Management – Upper management should keep their ears to the ground and "do the rounds" from time to time. You are getting only half of the story if your information only comes from your direct reports.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
