I have been working at Walgreens full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

love the people that i work with, love the 401k and profit sharing.

    Cons

HATE the new salary restrictions that truly discourage long term employment because once the good employees reach their pay cap there are no more raises. no matter how hard you work so then the mentality becomes "whats the point?"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

remove salary caps for employees, have raises based on yearly reviews not on tenure. this will show that you value the employees and will encourage consistant and constant growth and improvement
