Pros

Walgreens is a National company and has very easy to understand policies and procedures. It is also very easy to transfer if a move to a new location is necessary.

Cons

Upper management does not always seem to understand what it is like to work at the store level.

Advice to Management

Upper management need to spend some actual time in the stores and equip the employees with the time and equipment needed to do the job as expected.

    Advice to Management

Stop recruiting out of College and start out of HIGH SCHOOL. This will make someone WANT to continue their education instead of feeling like they are stuck in a DEAD END JOB with a Bachelor's degree.
