Pays the Bills

Head Photo Specialist (Current Employee)
Houston, TX

ProsFlexible Schedule, Cashier>Photo>Head Photo in 1 Year. 7.25>9.50 in 1 year. Decent Vacation allotment. Decent Insurance.

ConsBoring. Lots of trickle down corporate intervention. High Turnover. Lazy coworkers tend to get hired because you start at minimum wage. Hard to care about the job when you make that pay rate. Rarely is there something that doesn't need to be done.

Advice to Senior ManagementAllot enough hours to get the job done.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
