Really great place to work if you're willing to put in the effort.

Former Employee - Service Clerk in Willowbrook, IL

Pros

Management really cares about your well-being.
Once you're trained in your role, you can learn other departments and grow.
You will face challenges that will teach you more about what it means to provide quality customer service.

Cons

Depending on your role, you might be doing the same repetitive thing over and over, but if you push yourself to learn other areas the day will fly by.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to who genuinely cares about doing their job and who doesn't.

    Pros

most coworkers are polite. once you learn all the procedures the gob isnt too hard

    Cons

undertrained or lazy employees makes everyone's job harder and customer service suffers as a result

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

focus on efficiency, stop the corporate promotions that the vast majority of customers are not interested in. 98% of people just want their insurance billed correctly and to get in and out without having to wait too long. customers value this significantly more than gimmick promotions like the balance rewards card. Also there are numerous and simple improvements to IC+ that could make the process much faster and easier.

    Pros

The hours are good if just starting out. The On-The-Job training is adequate. Usually don't have to work every holiday or all of a holiday. Flexible scheduling is prior notice is given. Prescription services and health clinic services bring people into the store.

    Cons

Stretch managers and supervisors way too thin. The managers rather leave the store short staffed than give over-time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The managers can't take care of the customers if they are exhausted.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
