Pros

I agree with the health values the company holds - patient education, immunizations, easy access to certain health tests

Cons

The process is slow to remove a bad egg from a leadership position at the store level, and a continuous feeling of being under-staffed.

    Pros

Good Management Training Program that is highly looked upon in the industry

    Cons

The Compensation for the work that is expected is SAD- Expect to work every weekend, every night shift and every holiday the first 3 years as an assistant manager. If you want to have no life outside of work, this is the job for you.

    Advice to Management

You should pay your assistant managers more! They deserve it!
