Pros
job always available in this economy. Need to come up with inventive ways to be competitive. need to have more training
Cons
have more time to spend with patients. AT times can seem like a assembly line. need more techs for help.

no advice to the management. have been working for a while and are currently satisfied with the company and have no problem
