I have been working at Walgreens full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The only pro so far has been the way employees come together to resolve an issue to better serve our customers.

    Cons

Currently as the company is in transition there are many cons. Management is not always helpful, most departments have been stretched thin therefore we are seeing over work within most departments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Truly consider our cultural beliefs and begin to use them daily. Not just praise a single person for showing "exemplary cultural beliefs." We all must represent them.

I have been working at Walgreens full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Lots of room for advancement, stable company, full benefits. A young hard working person could move up to district manager or beyond.

    Cons

Very physical job, some of the procedures and policies are frustrating, limited payroll hours. No clear cut training program.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Streamline the checkout process, offer some product training, clear path for advancement, ASM T class 4 times per year.
