Walgreens – “Walgreens the pharmacy america should not trust”

It is a bad management decision: overpaid rphs---> rphs who are too lazy to do work, and foreign rphs who do not yet understand how the pharmacy work in the USA. Underpaid techs ---> who love to do work but then when he/she did not get the right raise then become hostile and create a hostile environment where good, concientious techs or rphs find impossible environment to work. These issues lead to lousy customer services and eventually no customer wants to come to shop at Walgreen whether for scripts or front-end merchandise. Management must wake up and correct these issues before somebody else realize that walgreen co is undervalued and buy it out then all walgreens' culture will be vanished in thin air . If this happen, it will be a sad, sad , sad day.
