Co-workers are nice. The company helps you when it comes to learning they pay for classes and try to train they're employees

Cons

If you do a good job management stops you from a promotion not to hurt themselves, the store or their bonus

Advice to Senior Management

Help the employees working for you move up do not hold them down to benefit yourselves it's not fair to the employee
