Wall Street on Demand – “Developer training is great”

Pros

I was a mostly self taught programmer who is flourishing by finally working with smart people. Good sounding boards and if you're proactive you can learn a lot.

Cons

Quite low pay as far as I can tell compared to the industry at large. As soon as I stop learning here Ill have little incentive to stay.

Advice to Senior Management

While it's great that the company is growing, it's been hard having projects scale before developers as opposed to in correlation to each other.
