    Advice to ManagementAdvice

it may cut your overall expenses, to get rid of all of your long term associates. but you loose all of their experiances.

I have been working at Walmart

    Pros

The company isn't going any where in the near future which provides some job security. Your job which ever it may be is usually straight forward and easy to do.

    Cons

Too many bosses. You will be told to do something many different ways then have the different bosses tell you you're doing it wrong because you're not doing it their way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If a job is disliked by a team split the days up among the team. So each person shares the bad experience but every one has to endure less of it.
