    Pros

Easy to get a job. Not very demanding. Made some great friends.

    Cons

The customers can be weird, rude, and downright scary at times. The management is not great at organization. The store needs to be more concerned about their employees. Not great training.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees. Be respectful for your employees.

  2. Good Company, but you can be a Great Company

    Pros

your working, yearly raises, oppurtunity to have insurance, can own stocks

    Cons

every week your schdule is different, no consistensy, required to do all kinds of jobss (cashier, stocking, labeling, bakery, deli)but are not trained or compensated for the job ($)no specific way to do things, so there is no training. It just depends on who tells you to do something and how they tell you to do it. could be different tomorrow. Always short staffed, never enought people to get the job done.

    Advice to Management

care about your employees and you will have quality employees...Make sure they have a consistant schdule at work so they can have a life outside Walmart. I was always tired working different shifts and different hours, not healthy for the body or the mind
