Pros

Willing to be flexible and works with employees schedule around personal needs if given enough notice.

Cons

Need to schedule better across the board in all depts instead of just using a few and then making other depts cover understaffed depts!

I worked at Walmart full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If you work well with others, supervisors will give you more freedom over your zone and be more readily available to listen to ideas.

    Cons

Leadership opportunities are often not given to the most qualified or knowledgable employees, but instead to those who choose to mimic the actions of their supervisors often times at the detriment of logic and efficiency.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Discern who is following blindly and who is following thoughtfully. Ask employees for feedback and participate in active listening to ensure employees are competent of what is being asked of them.
