It's a friendly, pleasant place to work. The other associates are most always willing to help new associates learn their job. There are chances for advancement within the company.

    Cons

There are none at this time.

    Pros

-Lovely co-workers :) -Customers can either make or break your days.. -Days can go by very fast! -Very flexible with school schedules, perfect for college students. -Myshares are very rewarding in store #1679

    Cons

-They like to hire outside the store for higher pay grades. -Shortage of cashiers. -Overnights don't complete all of there assigned tasks, so it gets left for days. -Unorganized back room. -Myguide is not very convenient. -Communication between the managers is bad at times.

    Advice to Management

If you have a good associate, offer them incentives to want to stay, as in more than a .40 raise. To have a great store you need great employees. Losing good employees means more work for everyone else. Also hire within the store, it's so annoying hearing about how so and so wanted this job and it's a higher pay grade but they hired outside of the store instead.
