Pros

The pay is very well. Great benefits and even greater people.

    Pros

    Not a physically demanding job, Flexible with college and school scheduling, diverse work environment, Looks good on retail job resume, A larger amount of Interaction with customers and associates

    Cons

    Low pay for associates, Understaffed compared to customer traffic in the store, Management not always knowledgeable, Hard work sometimes goes unnoticed. Not much room for growth for associates

    Have enough associates to deal with the demand of customers shopping

    Pros

    Easily adjust hours to work and go to college.

    Cons

    Nobody is ever scheduled, lack of pay, lack of full time hours, lack of management support, and the list goes on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get off your office chair while you're sipping your coffee and texting and realize how much your associates do. Give some raises, honestly care about your associates, and bring up the morale in the store.
