Former Employee - Shoe Department Shipping/Receiving Coordinator  in  Mansfield, TX
Former Employee - Shoe Department Shipping/Receiving Coordinator in Mansfield, TX

    Pros

If you enjoy organizing and working with people in a social, customer service way, then you will enjoy working for Wal-Mart. Most low income jobs do not provide benefits. If you are able to get full time work, you have a decent benefits package.

    Cons

The biggest draw backs are that there are few full time positions and the low pay rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you could have a more regular schedule for your employees, even ones on overnight shifts you will have a greater employee satisfaction. No one really wants to work for days morning shift and one late night. Consistency with days off are also important. Two days off in a row unless requested differently would bring up moral in a simple way.

    No opinion of CEO

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
