I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent pay and there are some really good customers and associates

    Cons

Poor management poor long term pay and Walmart as a whole is rapidly declining. They don't appreciate or respect their associates. Walmart is not a secure job either you are always in danger of losing your job over something stupid and the open door policy is a joke.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire everyone at the corporate level restructure things from the ground up and improve management/associate communication.
