    Pros

Opportunity to move from ground floor to lower management and above is available if aggressiveness is part of one's daily performance!

    Cons

Training is lacking when shortness of staff has become overwhelming to all involved with schedules not consistent week to week depriving all from proper sleep!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Utilizing staff is very important with priority being customer is always #1 and hiring part-time associates and allowing them to have preference over full-time associates should be improved to 5yr service milestone and above with impeccable work ethics showing consistent improvement and performance shown and heard during yearly evaluation!

    Pros

Nice people and atmosphere, so long as you have a good work ethic. The work is simple, and so far not very stressful. Many associates have worked at my Walmart for years. They threw us a Thanksgiving, and the food wasn't half bad.

    Cons

The low prices bring in customers who exemplify the international stereotype of Americans. Walmart makes visible efforts towards efficiency, safety, and customer service, but in a one-dimensional sense: Behind every action or directive from management that makes them seem like they care is a profit motive. The only smiles I see that other employees have are flashing ones.
