I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

The best resources are other managers, and the wire. Others don't know much and won't be any help

Cons

Pay from other retail stores is much higher. Work week is 12 hour days and you have to wait 7 years before you get three weeks vacation.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really listen to associate complaints, randomly drop inti stores.
