    Pros

It is easy to move up if you are a bit smart and savvy. Good salary and bonus structure. Some stores have lots of incentives for associates and management alike.

    Cons

Benefits are lousy. Lots of work to do and lots of customer issues. Ad matching is a pain. Not enough time to do the job required.... too many cutbacks including wages.

    Advice to Management

Hire people, and not just temporary. Invest in those people. Actually give associates time to train and a means to learn other than a computer program. Listen to the customers.
