Great schedule if you can stay on it

very stressful and high expectations with no tools

    I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    I have been promoted and voluntarily transferred 6 times in 5 years. Good benefits and a family environment. Solid training and educational foundations that can be taken to any retail company.

    Cons

    As a salaried manager, there is not much time with family during the holidays. Irregular schedule at times.

    There is room for growth here. There are many possible ways to go with this corporation.

    Cons

    Although walmart started out being a family 5 and dime but it has grown into a huge conglomeration. The problem sometimes it's that you lose the personal part of the business that believe that walmart has lost.

    Upper management needs to look at who they are promoting.
