I worked at Walmart part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Liked meeting new people every day.

    Cons

Management is evil. Treats employees with very little respect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Walmart has too many people that are "manager" of some kind. There are too many bosses telling each employee what to do. Therefore, lots of jobs don't get finished and the employee leaves feeling frustrated because they don't know which boss to listen to.
