I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

so called insurance benefits, people you meet besides management, lunch hour, customers,

    Cons

management, not enough equipment to do the job, open door policy is a joke, customers, moral, ethics, productivity, salary

    Advice to Management

Maybe if Sam Walton"s morals and dignity still lived on and you top dogs weren't worried about your billfolds, the customer would be satisfied and the associates wouldn't mind caring for their jobs. Caring for those who make the money that you sit on would be nice, those that work hard every time you change your mind on something, that you think will make you money. How about pay those that actually work hard for their money. You pay just enough to keep labor laws off your back but in reality if you had to survive on what you paid the level 1 or 2 associates you would think twice
