Walmart – “Good as long as you decline promotions!”

Pros

Great place to work as a entry level associate, Stock program is good decent benefits. Great team environment. Would go back.

Cons

After busting butt for 4 years I was promoted to supervisor, It was all down home from there. No respect, management was happy to let you know how easy it was to replace you. Massive hours, yet never enough accomplished.

Advice to Senior Management

Pull your head out! People stay with this company believing the respect and appreciation go all the way to the top. Try to practice the culture you drill into their heads.
