Current Employee - Sales Associate in Addison, IL
Current Employee - Sales Associate in Addison, IL

I have been working at Walmart part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Quick and to the point. I was told that all categories exceeded expectations. I was given the highest raise possible.

Cons

Really nothing negative to say, My manager pointed out that I had shown "exceeds expectations" in all categories.

Advice to Management

Pay closer attention to staffing needs and hours needed. Have enough help on hand.

    Pros

Wal-Mart is not going anywhere so you always have job security. Pay is decent and the minimum yearly raise is higher than most places.

    Cons

Unorganized, a place never meant to run perfect, only enough to make it. Too many managers and too few workers. Expect WAY too much from their lower management with poor pay and even poorer resources.

    Advice to Management

More positions available, were not getting profit share anyways. Get more Telxons, more printers, and more pallet jacks, give us the resources for customer satisfaction!
