    Pros

Provide decent benefits as well as breaks.

    Cons

Inconsistent scheduling. You may get off at 10pm and need to arrive at 6am the next morning. The pay is also not very good.

    Advice to Management

Have set schedules for your employees, and increase the base pay.

The time I spent with Walmart was great, if I had a chance I would go back in a heart beat.

    Pros

Great benefits, stock purchase, 401K, and insurance.

    Cons

Learning the new systems, dealing with rude and irate customers.

    Advice to Management

Show more compassion towards your workers, you never know what they are going through at home. Just because they are always smiling around you, their hearts are often times breaking inside. Most don't know how they are going to make ends meet and are working two jobs just to do so.
