I have been working at Walmart part-time (less than a year)

Pros

You get breaks and lunches that make sure you don't get exhausted. Everyone is there to help you it is a great place to work. You also get bonuses every 3 months after working there for 6 and these arent small some can be around 200-300$

Cons

The only down side of working at walmart would be that people judge you for working at walmart.

I worked at Walmart full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Loved working with patients, the ultimate problem solving job. Had quite a bit more freedom than working in other areas of the store.

    Cons

Pay is not great compared with the level of work you are doing. When looking for advancement, the actual job duties and how you master them are not taken into account.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you hire a vision center manager, make sure they actually know what they are doing in the optical realm. Experience speaks volumes in both management skills and sales!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
