    Pros

Walmart is a stable company and I was sure I would have a job the next day. A lot of companies have gone under in the last few years. Walmart looks like it will be here for a while.

    Cons

Since Sam Walton died the company has lost its core values, especially "respect for the individual". Its all about bottom line now. Sam Walton always said "listen to your associates" that time has passed, decisions are made on a corporate level with very little input from the grass roots.

    Advice to Management

Get back to your three basic beliefs: Respect for the Individual, Service to our Customers, Strive for Excellence
