I worked at Walmart as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Workers at the very least gets paid...

    Cons

Minimum wages, poor training, no room to grow, and they have what you call an in-direct brainwashing mechanism in the form of "videos and mottos."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show enthusiasm. Encourage for the better. Move up your hardworking individuals as no one wants to work their ass off and get no where. This one of the reason for everything wrong with walmart and the way people sees this retail business as a whole. It's very degrading to work for walmart. It's time to strive for a new reform.
