    Pros

It is easy to get hired by Walmart and they are very flexible with your hours. Other employees are friendly and company policies tend to benefit employees. Entry level positions are good for a first job. A good way to get some customer service/retail experience.

    Cons

Walmart does not give much opportunity or pay. Evaluation are once a year and raises are small.

    Advice to Management

Encourage employees to advance and give opportunities to increasing pay.
