I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Stable company, liberal attendance policy.

    Cons

Lack of understanding from corporate about staffing needs, lack of consistency in policy enforcement, pay isn't consistent with earnings from similar positions in non-retail industries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay cap needs to be abolished. I say this as an associate who is nowhere near it. Your stores would crumble without good operations people, and they should be paid competitively.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
