I have been working at Walmart full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

You can miss 30 days in 6 months and still keep your job LOL

    Cons

Everybody else misses 30 days in 6 months and you're the only one who shows up to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your attendance policy at the store level is ridiculous. Those who do show up everyday can expect to work twice as hard due to people calling in, being late and leaving early.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
