Walmart – “A miserable place to work.”

Pros

Decent on-the-job training.
Looks impressive on resumes.
Gained a lot of knowledge that has helped in at other companies.

Cons

Discovered that many promises made when I started my career at Wal-Mart were not kept. The company has tons of red tape, very political environment, and unless you are upper management, your pay is horrible.

Advice to Senior Management

Get back to the philosophies of Sam Walton. The company could really care less about their employees....it is all about making money for the top executives and shareholders.
