Walmart – “Could be better, could be worse”

Pros

Pay isn't the best, but it isn't the worst either. There is opportunity to learn and advance.

Cons

It is retail and the schedule and demands of retail are not for everyone. Nights, Weekends, Holidays are all expected.

Advice to Senior Management

Despite its bad reputation, the pay and benefits are not as bad as is said. On the flip side, the culture is long gone.
