Flexible scheduling offers variety of options for workers, shift managers are helpful when problems arise, good benefits and fair merit increases.

Cons

Rude customers can make the job difficult, upper mangement has changed several times in one year which has impacted morale.

Advice to Senior Management

Would like to see more being done to combat employee theft. Some people seem to get preferential treatment when they should be reprimanded or even fired.
