promotion process is a joke. they already know who is going to be selected for positions before they are posted. senior management does noffot respond to concerns.

Advice to Senior Management

offer a true, non-biased promotion opportunity. selection should be based on performance, not who sucks up the best. i ran top performing areas for several years in a row, and though I was promised a promotion, I was always overlooked.
