Store managers do not have enought interaction with hourly associates. When they do they undermine what assistant managers have been relaying to our associaste.

Advice to Senior Management

Instead of listening to other membes of the board, find out what your people who are actually running the stores think. Maybe our upper management should do what undercover boss is doing on TV. See what really goes on in the stores.
