    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

They have a variety of schedules to accommodate anyone working there. The customers are not as bad as people say and when a member of management actually cares the job is easier.

    Cons

Most management do not care about the associates and it shows. They work you without thinking of your mental or emotional health. A lot of unnecessary things are said or done out of spite. Walmart is not a family, despite what they want people to think. Family would let their workers earn more and not live in poverty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you don't care about your associates don't come to work. Keep your nose out of their personal lives and focus on how to make their professional lives better.
