    I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    The people that you work with are friendly and you can easily get along with on a day to day basis.

    Cons

    Dealing with upper management about ideas that you have is like talking to a brick wall. Frustrating that everybody is not on the same page when it comes to policy and relaying important information to their employees.
