ProsGood salary. Great people to work with. Plenty of job security. One of the best companies out there today.

ConsBeing in management.......salary, sometimes you have to put in a long shift.

Advice to Senior ManagementAlways remember, it is the people that work for Walmart that continues the success, not just low prices.

    Pros: The benefits were pretty good. The employee stock purchase plan is nice. 15% company match...but not fully vested for 7 years!… Cons: During training we were told to follow our routines.
