Current Employee - Cart Pusher in Bellingham, WA

I have been working at Walmart part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Get to be outside and take breaks when you want.

    Cons

Cart tunnel is too small, front end manager stopped hiring more cart pushers when we lost 3, sometimes scheduled alone throughout the whole day, scheduled opening and closing shift in same week, feel like a slave for walmart.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more cart pushers, say 'thank you' at least once in a while.

    Pros

There's no Pros for working in this Company

    Cons

Number ONE slavery job in US, no Bonuses at all, Easy to fire for no reason, if you work there for many years and you get good raise, they do their best to fire you, they choose a suspension as a way to kick you out of work to not give you a chance to apply for unemployment; if you suppose to work full time, they cut your hours, also, they take you to work everywhere, no matter what position you have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much slavery, that's why you have so many lawsuits against you, because some dictator managers have the power to oppress employees, no control over your manager, I've seen people suffering, almost same way in the third world, no difference between slavery job in walmart and others in 15th century, maybe it's worse.
