I have been working at Walmart part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

employees are fun to work with the customers are awesome. That's why I am still there.

    Cons

Bad pay, if one manager don't like you then none of them like you. If they decide they don't like you, then they will find ways to get rid of you. After 4 years I am only making 9 dollars an hour.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become more fair to all employees and pay the employees much more than minimum wages or close to it.

I worked at Walmart part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good part-time job for a youngster under 18 to start out in the work-force. Make sure to get out though.

    Cons

Values were not upheld, customers were disrespected daily by management, not to mention how management treated my former co-workers and myself

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"Managers" need more training.. Corporate needs to be more involved and pay keen attention to the blatant and blunt disrespect assistant managers show towards customers and other employees. Be more involved with who receives promotions it's scary... associates barely getting paid to do their jobs, while training "managers" for free.. Very scary

    Doesn't Recommend

    Disapproves of CEO
