Current Employee - Department Manager in Newington, NH

Pros

So much opportunity in this company. If you work hard, have a high level of integrity, and are dependable, you will do fine. I recommend this company to anyone that is willing to do what it takes to serve the customers

Cons

The one downside is the quality of the assistant managers. Sometimes nice people get promoted, but don't have the leadership skills necessary to be successful.

    Pros

Pretty good salary. Benefits are great, 401K, stock options with company matching, health benefits, discount, bonuses, ect. It feels like family.

    Cons

The hours are not the greatest. Work every holiday except Christmas day. The management team is not always the friendliest or willing to talk about problems you may have, or help solve situations, depending on the store you work at.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your associates more. Sometimes they can help you solve some of the opportunities the store may have.
