Current Employee - Produce Department Manager in Fayetteville, NC

I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Walmart has great benefits and room for advancement and there are enough stores around that you could transfer anywhere you wanted to go.

    Cons

This company like so many others tries to save money by killing labor costs and unfortunately it makes it harder on the employees and causes the customer to not have the best experience that they could possibly have. It is very frustrating sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of those employees that actually care rather than working them to death. Those are the few people that will make or break your department, store, and eventually corporation.
