    Pros

Its a job plain and simple. Not much to say positive outside of fellow entry level employees and a very SELECT few managers.

    Cons

Dealing with management who claim to be on your side and open to opinion, but are furthest from that. Driven by the almighty $ and nothing else. Customer service and excellence these days are lost on this company.

    Advice to Management

Reduce # of managers as there are far too many, listen to not only customers more intently, but the people who are on the frontlines, your employees.
