Pros

There are multiple schedules to choose from, as well as many opportunites for quick advancement in the company should one choose to stay with the company.

Cons

The pay rate at the company fits for an entry level opportunity, but seems to be low when working long hours.

Advice to Management

Consider managing from the manager to the supervisors to the leads, instead of managers straight to the associates.

    Pros

Wal-mart is a good place to start out and move up in the world. I have meet a lot of nice people, working with the public can be a honor to help others. Also sometimes things are unfair but what's no unfair in this world we live in. The training is good and the experiences you can learn on the way to what you are looking for. The also have a good education programs for there associates.

    Cons

A lot of stress can god from working at wal-mart as in doing more jobs then you can handle and them expecting more work for you to do in such a little time to do it. Customer can also be real rude.

    Advice to Management

Start paying more attention to there associates on the jobs they do and how hard they work to keep the business going. Don't always put there little mistakes down like its the worst thing ever, Help them learn from it.
