Walmart Stores Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Walmart Stores full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Short drive from where I live
A large selection of jobs to choose from once your in the company
Decent pay for the area

Cons – Standard work week is 45 hours, but you get paid like it was 40 hours and your often there for 50 - 55 hours a week (or more)
Hard to get noticed unless you screw up, then it's the kind of attention you don't want.

Advice to Senior Management – If you have an open door policy, then let employees use it without fear of reprisals.
