Former Employee – worked at Walmart Stores full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Good schedule if Senior mgt stay within the company guidlines.Not very many other pros in the salary positions at wal-mart. Pay is decent low physical labour.

Cons – Senior Mgt does not usually allow u to work the company schedule. Long hours not a friendly work enviorment. Salary managment is not treated the same as other employees of the company. I worked for the company for 6 years without a single coaching (disiplinary action against me) and was terminated without violating a written policy

Advice to Senior Management – leave

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
